My name is Macwood Jean-Marie, founder of TuffSmart Apparel. I created this brand with the belief that everyone deserves a chance to not only look good but also feel empowered at the same time. After the transformation from being homeless to now majoring in Psychology at the University of Albany, the main lesson that I’ve acquired is to be relentless in your vision and to seek constant knowledge. This brand incorporate slogans and images on products that are personal development related. After living on these streets for a while, the constant thought on my mind was for a better life. I self-educated on the skills needed for personal growth and by the blessings of God, I would like to offer those same skills through my fashion wear.
